Smartcall

SmartCall is a telefundraising system designed specifically to support the needs of the University phonathon annual giving programs. Its technology automates the dialing process for greater efficiency; so callers can focus their attention on their potential donors.  As annual giving becomes increasingly important to the University advancement efforts, the system streamlines the calling operation, raises average pledge rates, overall dollars raised, and increases alumni participation.
