Resizing or Ignoring text size in Internet Explorer

This site uses cascading style sheets with forms for visual layouts. Internet Explorer (IE) has a limited text resizing feature.

To ignore text size in IE, you can do the following:

  1. Select the Tools option from the Menu Bar
  2. Select Internet Options
  3. Select Accessibility
  4. Under Formatting you will get to choose which features to ignore.
    • Choose "Ignore font sizes specified on webpages" and click the OK button.
    • Choose "Ignore colors specified on webpages" and then click the OK button. This will assist users with visual impairments or color blindness.

To resize text in IE, you can do the following:

  1. Select the View option from the Menu Bar
  2. Select Text size
  3. Choose your preferred text size (e.g. Largest, Larger, etc.)
