Administrative Office - Services and Structure
The administrative office provides comprehensive services to the Division of Information Resources & Technology (IRT) and campus community. Its primary purpose is to promote the mission of the division and university, while advancing core values. Personnel direct clients to appropriate resources, process specific requests and associated functions. Structured resources include referral to specific IT services, room reservations, human resources, payroll, procurement, travel, telecommunications, financial management and divisional administration. The incumbent provides: Analytical Coordination/Special Projects; IRT Policy & Procedure/Handbooks; IRT Van Access; IT Insights Newsletter; Student Assistant Administrative Office Supervisor/Receptionist/Customer Services; Support to Vice President & CIO.
IRT Budget Analyst, Room 3010 AIRC Building; (916) 278‐3701 (Charlene McKoy, Administrative Analyst Specialist). The incumbent provides: high-level budgetary support to the Vice President & CIO, Associate Vice Presidents, Directors; provides lead support to the Budget Analyst Assistant and Administrative Support Coordinator.
IRT Administrative Support Coordinator, Room 3010 AIRC Building, (916) 278‐6607 (Rolly Robinson, Administrative Support Coordinator). The incumbent is the first point of contact for payroll, financial ledger reconciliation, procurement (includes travel), campus‐wide telecom‐vendor billing and backup for directory updates.
Student Support IRT Front Desk, Room 3010 AIRC Building; (916) 278‐6862 (Student Employee Assistants). Incumbents provide front office customer service; event coordination; key requests; order supplies; mail services (payroll warrant/deposit slip distribution); parking permits; miscellaneous clerical tasks.
