Administrative Accounts

Administrative accounts are SacLink accounts used for managing technical resources on campus.  They allow system administrators and other technical support position to have a secure account to manage their system by eliminating the use of standard SacLink accounts in system management.

Administrative Account Request Form:
This form is completed and signed by the technical staff member only.

OU Management Permission Form:
This is the form that is completed and signed of by the Dean or Program Center Director. This form is only required if the SLS account is used to manage active directy OU's. This form is not required for all other SLS account requests.

 

Steps / Requirments

1. Fillout the request form online.
2. Print the account request form and sign it.
3. Send the completed form to the Information Security Office.
4. Standard proccessing time is three to five working days on all account requests.
