Process Review

The Sac State Information Security Office recommends having reviews on all document and training processes and material related to life on the Sac State campus. Reviews of processes are done by request using the following form. Please take a moment to fill out the form below and an ISO officer will contact you to setup an appointment to come out and review your documentation and training processes.

Process Review









Standard response of acknowledgment of a process review request is 2 days. An appointment will be setup and a timeline created for when the review will be completed. If you need the request to be handled before the two day timeframe, please initial the following box and ISO will contact you concerning the issue.
