Vendor Review

The Sacramento State Information Security Office recommends having reviews done on all new vendors that will be providing a technological service to the campus. Reviews of a new vendor are done by request using the following form. Please take a moment to fill out the form below and an ISO staff member will contact you to setup an appointment to perform the vendor review.

Standard response to a vendor review request is three days. An ISO officer will contact you to setup a meeting to develop a time line for the review process. If you need the review process to be handled before the three day time frame, please initial the following box and ISO will contact you concerning the issue.
