Process Review

The Sac State Information Security Office recommends having reviews on all, document and training process and material related to life on the Sac State campus. Reviews of all process are done by request using the following form. Please take a moment to fill out the form below and an ISO officer will contact you to setup an appointment to come out and review your documentation and training processes.

Standard response of acknowledgment of a process review request is 2 days. At which time an appointment will be setup and a time line created on when the review will be complete. If you need the request to be handled before the three day time frame please initial the following box and ISO will contact you concerning the issue.
