Vendor Review

The Sac State Information Security Office recommends having reviews done all new vendors that will be providing a technological service to the campus to go through a Vendor Review process. Reviews of a new vendor are done by request using the following form. Please take a moment to fill out the form below and an ISO officer will contact you to setup an appointment to come out and review your documentation and training processes.

Standard response to a vendor review request is 3 days. At which time as ISO officer will contact you to setup a meeting to develop a time line for the review process. If you need the review process to be handled before the three day time frame please initial the following box and ISO will contact you concerning the issue.
