IT Updates, December 2013

Issued Resolved - Last week we notified you about an issue with some Sac State email accounts, including yours. We have made some changes to My Sac State that will make it easier for you to find new email. Instead of having to login to your email in two separate places, you can find the email in both your accounts by logging into My Sac State.

For instructions on using My Sac State to view all your email, regardless of account location visit www.csus.edu/irt/systemstatus.  

Again, we are continuing to work on a solution for this problem so we can restore normal operation of your Sac State email. Meanwhile, no email is lost and your email is being sent and received. We offer our apologies for the inconvenience. We will notify you when the problem is fixed.
