The Faculty/Staff Consultants at the IRT Service Desk can:
- Reset your password
- Resolve account access problems
- Resolve email problems
- Resolve a classroom problem
- Deploy the IRT resource that will resolve your problem
- Create a service ticket and provide you with the ability to monitor updates on the status of your request
- Work with your local ITC to solve your problem
- Provide one-to-one consulting
