What we do...

The Service Desk links people with technology by ensuring access, providing security, and resolving problems. We facilitate solutions by working closely with other IRT units and technology resources across campus.

We are a student delivered, staff managed Service Desk. We strive to advocate for you, the university’s technology user, by working to understand your needs and match you with the appropriate technology solutions for those needs.

Mailbox Move to Exchange 2010

All mailboxes will be in transition to become compatible with Microsoft Exchange 2010. This shift will apply to students, faculty and staff. The process will take place from Oct. 3 to Oct. 24. For more information on the upgrade, go to Exchange/Office 2010 Upgrade.
