| Duties and Responsibilities: |
- Answer all incoming calls to the campus call-center; direct the calls to the appropriate departments and personnel.
- Perform various clerical duties.
- Give information about enrollment, classes, and special events. Tuition and directions to campus.
- Perform keys and parking permit checkout procedures to vendors on daily basis.
- Constantly keep call-center environment and equipment clean and orderly.

| Minimum Qualifications: |
- Students must display good communication skills.
- Customer service skills and motivation.
- Experience using windows operating system and software such as MS word, MS excel, Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.
- Knowledge of Saclink, Casperweb and WebCT.
- Dependability and Punctuality.
