MySacState Intermittent Performance Issues

We are experiencing intermittent performance issues with MySacState. We are working to resolve these problems, and restoring these systems to optimal performance represents our highest priority.

My Sac State Unavailable

My Sac State is currently unavailable. We are aware of the issue and working to resolve the problem. We will update this page when the issue is resolved or as more information becomes avaliable. 

CFS (Common Financial System) is Unavailable

System restore time: Thursday, December 5th, 2013, 12:15 PM

CFS (Common Financial System) is currently live and avaliable. 

The production CFS database and application services are unavailable at this time. IRT is aware of the outage and in contact with the Chancellor's Office to resolve the issue. The next status update will be sent at 12:00 PM, or earlier if resolved.
