Last week we notified you about an issue with some Sac State email accounts, including yours. We have made some changes to My Sac State that will make it easier for you to find new email. Instead of having to login to your email in two separate places, you can find the email in both your accounts by logging into My Sac State.

Here is how to find both of your email accounts from within My Sac State

Go to my.csus.edu and log in with your Sac State Username and Password. Once logged in, go to the SacLink Email Channel. Within this channel you will see a preview of your Sac State Email inbox.

1.  Check your two campus mailboxes by clicking on Inbox Link or the View Second Inbox Link in My Sac State.

2.  Each time you click on one of the Inbox links, it will open a new tab in your browser.  You can go to each inbox and back to My Sac State by clicking on the corresponding tab.

Again, we are continuing to work on a solution for this problem so we can restore normal operation of your Sac State email. Meanwhile, no email is lost and your email is being sent and received. We offer our apologies for the inconvenience. We will notify you when the problem is fixed.

Microsoft 365 Email Unavailable

A small number of students who have been moved to the new email system (Microsoft 365) are not currently able to access their student email.

We have resolved the issue and students can now access their email. For more information about the upgrade to student email visit www.csus.edu/emailupgrade

Office 365 Email is Unavailable

Microsoft experienced a network problem today from 2:20 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.  This caused intermittent connectivity issues which affected student email.  They have resolved the problem.  All incoming mail should have been queued and delivered.  If you have any further problems, please contact the IRT Service Desk at 916.278.87337.
