Sara graduated from New York University in 2007 with a Bachelors of Science in Applied Psychology. In the fall of 2013, she started Sacramento State’s Masters of Public Policy and Administration program. Prior to starting the MPPA program, Sara worked for a local government agency, a research center, and various non-profits where she was tasked with research, grant management, programmatic assistance, and project management duties. Her main research interests are education and equity issues.
