Ted Ryan
Ted Ryan graduated in 2007 from Sacramento State with a Bachelor of Arts in Government. He spent two years as a supervisor in the private sector and began his Master of Public Policy and Administration (MPPA) at Sacramento State in 2009. Ted left the private sector shortly after beginning his MPPA and joined the ISR in the spring of 2010. His research interests are in the area of tax policy, organizational structure, and public outreach.
