1999 LINKS Conference

April 28-May 1, 1999

California State University, Sacramento is pleased to host the Seventh Annual LINKS Conference, April 28-May 1, 1999. LINKS is a national conference held annually for the purpose of bringing together academics, policy specialists, elected and other public policy makers, university leaders and students to explore ways to strengthen the links between state governments and public universities.

This year's three-day conference, Strengthening the Links: Public Life and Public Service, will examine cutting edge collaborations and partnerships between state governments and public institutions of higher education.

We hope you will join us! http://www.csus.edu/calst/1999links_conference.html

The registration booth, all meals, and the Thursday panel sessions will take place at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, 1209 L Street, Sacramento, California. The hotel is across the street from the State Capitol, and within walking distance of the Downtown Plaza Mall and Old Sacramento. It is a 15-minute drive from the Sacramento International Airport.
