Mr. Detwiler studied public policy and administration at the Center for the Study of Public Policy and Administration at University of Wisconsin, Madison and government at St. Mary's College, Moraga, California. He is a consultant for the California Senate Local Government Committee. For more than 25 years, Mr. Detwiler has served in both state and local government agencies in assignments related to land use and public policy.
