NANCY SHULOCK, Ph.D.

Dr. Shulock studied political science at the University of California, Davis and public policy at the University of California, Berkeley. Her specialties are public policy, higher education policy, public budgeting, and public management. She served for 17 years as an academic administrator at CSUS responsible for planning and budgeting.
