DIRECTOR'S CORNER
Happy New Year and welcome back to another semester at California State University, Sacramento. I hope you all enjoyed the winter break.
First the bad news, PPA 296F, Health Policy, has been canceled due to low enrollment. The Dean and I made the decision after the regular enrollment period. That is why it is so important to enroll in your classes during the regular CAPSER registration time. Late registration is always a gamble.
The good news is that our Communicator has lots of news about other interesting and important PPA related items. Have you ever wondered where some of our MPPA graduates are now? Our Alumni page has several updates for you. Our Student Jobs/Internships page is full of management intern opportunities from all over the country and the Career Opportunities page has much to offer the job hunters in our program. Please browse the newsletter and let Suzi or me know what you think.
Please remember that CASPER Plus (late registration) continues from now until February 9th. After that you will need a department approved petition to add or drop a class. February 23 is the census date, which means that if you want to make a schedule change, you will need to get the Dean's blessing first.
