Sustainable Communities Leadership Program (SCLP)
Paid Summer Fellowships for Graduate Students in Environmental Studies, Public Policy, Planning, Business, Engineering and Law.
The Sustainable Communities Leadership Program provides 12- to 24-week paid summer/fall Fellowships for distinguished graduate students who have demonstrated an commitment and capacity to become leaders in the sustainable communities field. The heart of the SCLP experience is a full-time, paid assignment where Fellows apply their skills and talents to high-profile sustainable development projects at sponsoring organizations throughout the state. SCLP Fellows participate in an orientation and leadership development workshops where leadership and sustainability issues are explored in depth.

Miami-Dade County Management Trainee Program is accepting applications for 2001-2002. Under the program, recent recipients of Masters Degrees in Public Administration or related fields are afforded the opportunity to gain hands-on managerial experience through a year-long rotational internship program. Applicants must have completed a Master's Degree in Public Administration or related field by July 1, 2001. The final date for submitting required information is Friday, March 16, 2001.
