The Union of Concerned Scientists has available a 1-year paid internship in our Berkeley, CA office, working on Outreach and Advocacy in our Clean Vehicles program, primarily on issues relating to the reduction of global warming emissions from motor vehicles.

The California Budget Project (CBP) engages in independent fiscal and policy analysis and public education with the goal of improving public policies affecting the economic and social well-being of low and middle income Californians. Foundation grants and individual donations and subscriptions provide general operating support for the California Budget Project.

City of Phoenix, Arizona
The city of Phoenix is offering a one year internship program beginning in June 2003. The salary range is from about $31K to about $41k, plus benefits.
