HEALTH POLICY ANALYST
This is a new and exciting position with the legislature's bipartisan
Rural Caucus. The position runs through 2005 and is funded by a major
grant. The Center is the fiscal agent for the grant and thus the position
is actually with the CSUS Foundation. If you are interested in rural
and/or health policy and would like to research and develop new state
policies in the area of rural health, this is the job. If you are not

a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to provide high level
administrative and office management support. LAFCO is the governmental

Transportation Policy Project
The Surface Transportation Policy Project (STPP) is a national coalition
of transportation, environmental, growth management, health, social
equity, community development and business formed in 1990 to advocate
for better transportation and travel choices, stronger linkages between
land use, social equity, and transportation investments, and more public
involvement in the transportation decision-making process. STPP is based
in Washington DC with field offices in California, Pennsylvania, and
New Mexico.
