- Anne Rudin Scholarship
Application - Applications are now being accepted for the $1,000 Anne Rudin scholarship for a female graduate student in the area of public administration/public policy. The local League of Women Voters chapter and the Sacramento Regional Foundation award the scholarship annually to an outstanding woman student enrolled in a grad. program in the Sacramento region. Our own Tamar Foster won the award a couple years ago. The application must be postmarked by April 13, 2007.
- Graduate Equity Fellowship
- Many of you may already be aware of the Graduate Equity Fellowship opportunity on campus, but in case any of you are not please be aware that there is a April 13 deadline for applying for this $1,500 award, which is targeted toward "classified graduate students who have experienced economic and educational disadvantages." To eligible you must be a classified or conditionally classified graduate student and apply for financial aid, and be enrolled full time while receiving the Fellowship. - Here is an opportunity to win a scholarship by developing a "budget policy option." A $2,000 prize is at stake! Entrants are asked to develop a “budget policy option” for the Next Ten California Budget Challenge.

institute based in San Francisco. The institute informs policymaking by producing and disseminating
