ANNOUNCEMENTSAdrian Ownby (MPPA 2000) just started a new job in July as the staff for the Sacramento County Child Protective Systems Oversight Committee -- its part of the Children's Coalition. Chris Pahule (PPA student) started his new job as a redevelopment planner for the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency in July. Chris had been working as a planner for the City of Pittsburg and is looking forward to a much shorter commute to SHRA. Chris successfully completed Peter Detwiler's PPA 250, California Land Use Policy, class. Guy Fuson (PPA student) is now a member of the Planning Commission for the Town of Loomis. Guy will be tackling the growth problems along the I-80 corridor. Guy also completed Peter's class. The George Washignton University of Public Administration
