REHABILITATION SPECIALIST
City of South Lake Tahoe, CA (Salary: $3164-$3845/mo.) seeks
a dependable and motivated individual with construction knowledge to
provide rehabilitation services for the community of South Lake Tahoe.
This position works closely with contractors and program participants
to assist them in the rehabilitation process: Inspect structures for
building and maintenance deficiencies, prepare inspection reports, work
write-ups and contract documents, monitor work under construction, process
loan documents, determine eligibility of program participants and related
tasks. Three years work experience with public contact in construction
and finance.
