FACULTY 

Rob Wassmer, Public Policy and Administration, participated in a session on The Effectiveness of State and Local Tax Incentives at the 92nd Annual Meetings of the National Tax Association in Atlanta on October 26. Specifically, he presented his co-authored paper entitled "Are Local Economic Development Incentives Effective in a Metropolitan Area?" which is based on a book that will be published by the Upjohn Institute in early 2000.
