Nobel-winner's speech postponed
The speech by Nobel Peace Prize-winner
and human rights diplomat Jose Ramos-Horta at California State
University, Sacramento, which had been scheduled on March
13, has been postponed.
The United Nations has asked Ramos-Horta to help mediate the
political difficulties in his homeland, East Timor. He will
leave in early March. His speech has been rescheduled for
the fall semester, time and date to be announced. For more
