Arrests Made in Computer Thefts
Three individuals, including two employees
of California State University, Sacramento, were arrested
late last week and charged in connection with a rash of burglaries
of campus computers and other high-tech equipment.
University police have been investigating nearly 30 theft
complaints over the loss of nearly $100,000 in high-tech equipment
in the past six months.
A small proportion of the equipment has been recovered and
those filing theft complaints should visit the University
Police office to help identify equipment.
