Employees honored for service
Among those honored at the Staff Awards Luncheon Arpil27 were employees
who had 30 and 35 years of service. They included: (back row, left to
right) Bo Caballero, Steve Sparks, Rodolfo Opinaldo, Doris Gorin, (third
row) Joanne Reilly, Raymond Grant, Shirley Uplinger, Fran Sato, (second
row) Inez Curtin, Pairlee Berry, Donna Gollihur, Barbara Oseto, (front
row) Elaine Maeda, Jenny Miller.
More than 130 employees
were honored for their years of service to the University at the annual USA
Staff Awards Luncheon last week. The event recognizes CSUS staff and administrators
as well s employees of Associated Students and the CSUS Foundation for 10, 15,
20, 25 and 35 years of service.
Among those recognized
were two who have worked at CSUS for 35 years: Roy C. Almeda, custodial services
and Elaine Maeda, English.
Honorees who have been at the University 10, 15 or 20 years received a pin in
the shape of the Guy West Bridge. Employees recognized for 25, 30 or 35 years
were presented with an engraved plaque or other award.
