Emergency drill to be held on campus

As part of preparations for the upcoming U.S. Olympic Track and Field Trials at California State University, Sacramento, law enforcement personnel from the Sacramento Police Department will conduct a training exercise on the campus from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 30. The drill will be held in and around Parking Structure I on the west side of campus.

Employees, students and campus visitors should be aware that they may notice a high level of police activity, loud noises and white smoke in the area, all of which are part of the training. Parking will not be permitted on the top floor of the structure all day Wednesday.

For additional information, contact the Sgt. Mark Greenlee at the police department at (916) 264-8290.
