Faculty and staff gala goes island
President
Alexander and Gloria Gonzalez invite campus employees and their families to
join them at this year’s faculty and staff gala. The free tropical-themed
event will be at 5:30 p.m., Friday, Sept. 12 at the Nimbus Flats Recreation
Area adjacent to the CSUS Aquatic Center at 1901 Hazel Ave. in Rancho Cordova.
Activities include a Polynesian dinner, music and access to the Aquatic Center’s
boating facilities. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets and chairs. Hawaiian
shirts optional.
