Life Center offers talk on improving senior vision
California
State University, Sacramento's Life Center will host a talk on how
to improve eyesight naturally at noon on Friday, September 13.
Marie Wilson, author of Love Your Eyes, How to Improve Your Eyesight
Naturally, will lead the audience through exercises that work
eye muscles, and will discuss her theories on how the exercises
can improve far-sightedness, astigmatism and other eye conditions.
Wilson specializes in holistic healing.
The free hour-long lecture will be held at the University's Julia
Morgan House, 3731 T St.
The CSUS Life Center is a University program that offers fitness
activities, wellness lectures and computer training for seniors.
