Events canceled on campus
The following events scheduled at California
State University, Sacramento this week have been canceled:
Thursday, Sept. 13, "The Life of Bob Marley"
film and lecture at 7:30 p.m. in the University Union Ballroom
Thursday, Sept. 13, Mexican Independence Celebration
at 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. at Serna Plaza
A decision on the status of this weekend's women's soccer
games will be made by the end of the day. Media outlets will
be notified by the CSUS sports information department.
Two other scheduled events will be held: the "Closing
the Schools of the Americas" lecture by Charlie Liteky
at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 13 and the Renaissance Society
forum "We The Peoples of the World: The U.N. Challenge
to the Millennium Summit" with Edward Rudin at 3 p.m.
on Friday, Sept. 14.
