2-3 p.m. – access to debate room to film set-up
6-7 p.m. – debate

COVERAGE NOTES:

• The debate will be pooled media coverage.
• A Media Center will be available to credentialed media.
• Candidates will be available after the debate for Q & A in the Media Center.
• Pooled coverage of the Q & A period will be provided, or media may cover unilaterally.
• No media seating will be available in the debate hall – credentialed media wishing to watch will be accommodated in the Media Center.
• Additional details will be provided closer to the event date.

MEDIA ATTENDANCE:

• All media must RSVP to Edelman public relations at (916) 442-2331 by September 22. Media who do not RSVP will not be allowed inside the Media Center.
• Media attendees will need a government-issued credential. Debate credentials may be obtained by providing to Edelman a copy of a government-issued media credential and an assignment letter on company letterhead.
• A limit of two personnel from each media outlet will be allowed inside the Media Center.
• Access to the Media Center is limited and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
