New
photo gallery honors 50 years of
Alumni Association presidents
The
Alumni Association at California State University, Sacramento will
unveil a portrait wall at a ceremony honoring the Association's
past presidents and community leaders during homecoming week in
the Steven Lee Yamshon Alumni Center from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, Oct.
18.
More than 300 guests are expected at the event, which will include
a brief program, hors d'oeuvres and entertainment. Alumna Kitty
O'Neal, host of the afternoon news on KFBK will be the emcee.
Established in 1950, The Alumni Association's leadership from former
graduates of the University has successfully raised more than $1
million in funds for scholarships and awards, community events and
the Alumni Center building.
Tickets are $25 per person with an RSVP by Oct. 10, and proceeds
benefit the CSUS Alumni Association Scholarship Fund. For tickets
