Basketball tips off with Hoopfest

Sacramento State basketball fans will get an exciting first look at the 2004-05 men’s and women’s squads at Hornet Hoopfest on Thursday, Nov. 4 beginning at 7 p.m.

Hornet Hoopfest, an event designed to give the new season an entertaining tip off, will include interactive contests between the fans and members of the two Hornet squads, live scrimmaging, contests for prizes both large and small, autograph sessions and slam dunk action. Local radio personalities will also compete in this event.

Hornet Hoopfest will take place in Hornet Gym and admission is free. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and free food will be provided to the first 300 fans.
