"Women in Power," slide show of women who defied patriarchy, class and racial caste systems, Max Dashu, 5:30 p.m., University Union Orchard Suite.

"Prosperity for Whom? Women's Divergent Prospects in a Booming Economy," Linda Burnham, cofounder of the Women of Color Resource Center in Berkeley, 1:30 p.m., University Union Auburn Room.
