| MOSS: The Multicultural Oraganization of Science Students, founded in 1979 by a group of students, chose as its main purpose the provision of a directional support system for under represented college students interested in the sciences. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The main goal of M.O.S.S. is to help increase the number of underrepresented students dedicated to pursuing service in health and science professions. We have accomplished our goals through the help of the Science Educational Equity Program (S.E.E.). Many of our former members have entered professional areas such as teaching, dentistry, medicine, phamarcy, chiropractics, optometry, research, and other fields which proves our success as a viable student organization. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
