Riolli is an associate professor of organizational behavior and environment
in the College of Business Administration at California State University,
Sacramento. She teaches
courses such as human resource management, management of contemporary
organizations, and international human resource management. Her
research interests include: the interaction of individual and situational variables and
their effects on stress and attitudes; cross-cultural research; and
entrepreneurship. Dr. Riolli's
work has been published in Academy of Management Executive, Journal
of Applied Social Psychology, and International Journal of Commerce
and Management. Dr. Riolli has a bachelor’s degree from the Economic University of Tirana, Albania, a Master of Arts in Management, and a Ph.D. in organizational behavior, human resource management, and international management from the University of Nebraska.
