A letter from the supervisor.Evaluations from students. (Take a copy with you of the Sacramento State student evaluation form used in your department and use it while teaching abroad, if appropriate.) Syllabi or materials developed. List of public lectures/open lectures with text or summary statement. A clear description of teaching duties. Information on the student population of the host institution. A copy of the description of any research undertaken or articles written. A description of the host university and a list of courses offered by the department here within which you taught. A list of the other faculty members in the department in which you taught at the host university.
