Attention Applicants
All documents must be officially translated and attested by the Ministry of Justice and Foreign Affairs and submitted in their sealed envelope to:

FRESHMAN APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT
Diploma (Certificate of Completion of Secondary Study) for final four years of secondary school + Pre-University Year Certificate
Students must have a minimum grade average of 3.0 (15) on a 4.0 grading scale, to be eligible as freshman.
All Records must be certified originals by the appropriate government official and officially translated and attested by the Ministry of Justice and Foreign Affairs and submitted in their sealed envelope.
UNDERGRADUATE APPLICANTS
LOWER DIVISION TRANSFER STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT
Students at the lower division level must be eligible as listed above and possess a 2.4 grade point average (14) or better on college work completed.
UPPER DIVISION TRANSFER STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT
Upper division transfers must possess a grade point average of 2.4 on at least 60 transferable units. Credit should be awarded for comparable courses.
GRADUATE STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT
Students must have the equivalent of a 2.5 grade point average (14.9) or better, on overall and last two years of their degree. Students must have completed at least a four year degree.
DOCUMENTS
Freshman must submit the official documents listed above. Transfer and graduate students must submit official college transcripts. Graduate students must also submit official verification of degree earned.
