Freshman Applicants are required to submit
Completion of the Shahadat Al-Thanawiya-Al-A’ama (Secondary School Leaving Certificate)
Transcript of courses and marks earned for final 4 years of secondary school listing courses taken, marks earned, final exam results and certificates awarded. Minimum grades of very good/excellent overall and in appropriate subjects.
Undergraduate Applicants
Lower Division Transfer Students are required to submit
Lower division students are those students that have completed less than two years of university coursework. Students must submit documents required for freshman admits as well as transcripts from every college/university attended whether or not credit is awarded.
Upper Division Transfer Students are required to submit
Upper division students are those students who have completed two or more years of coursework at a university and have completed at least 60 transferable hours/units. These students must submit official documents required for freshman admits and official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended whether or not credit is awarded.
Students who have completed at least a four year bachelor’s degree from an accredited degree awarding institution must submit official transcripts and degree certificates from all post-secondary schools.
