Guidelines for Applicants from Mexico
Attention Applicants
All documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes directly from the high school, university, polytechnic or institute attended with appropriate signatures and stamps. Official precise word for word English translations done by the issuing institution must be submitted with Spanish documents and mailed directly to:

FRESHMAN APPLICANTS ARE RQUIRED TO SUBMIT
Submit official copy of the Bachillerato or Secondary Titulos (Titles) + Record of courses and marks earned (Certificado de Notas/Calificaciones), Minimum grade average required is 3.0 or (Muy Bien)
Documents must be submitted with an official precise word for word English translation done by the issuing institution.
LOWER DIVISION TRANSFER STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT
Students with less than two years completed at an accredited university, polytechnic or institute, mustsubmit an official record of courses and grades/marks earned (Certificado de Notas/Calificaciones), from all universities, institutes or polytechnical universities attended. Students must also be eligible from their high school/secondary school and submit the documents listed above for freshman. Minimum grade average is 2.4 (85%) on university coursework, to be eligible for admission.
UPPER DIVISION TRANSFER STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT
Students that have completed at least two years of university coursework (60 transferable units/hours) must submit an official record of courses completed for each year of attendance and submit official records stated above for freshman. Minimum grade average of 2.4 is required (85%) to be eligible for admission.
GRADUATE APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT
Students who have completed at least a four year degree from an accredited university, polytechnic or institute, must submit official records of all courses completed for each year of attendance (Certificado de Notas/Calificaciones from all institutions attended with the official degrees, diplomas or certificates (Título Profesional/Licenciado/ Acta de Examen Profesional/Acta de Grado). Minimum grade average must be at least 2.5 (85% or 7.5 on a 10 point scale) to be eligible for admission.
