The minimum grade average required is 5 on a scale of 1-6 with 6 being the highest and 1 being the lowest mark.

UNDERGRADUATE APPLICANTS:

Lower Division Transfer Students are required to submit: Lower division transfer student are those students who have completed less than two years of university coursework. Lower division students must meet freshman eligibility requirements and submit the official documents listed above for freshman admits, plus submit official university/college work completed and possess an average of at least a 2.7 average on university/college work completed at an accredited institution.

Upper Division Transfer Students are required to submit: Upper division transfer students are those students who have completed at least two years of full time study at a university/college and have completed at least 60 transferable units/hours. These students must submit official records of all coursework completed from the college/university. Students must have at least a 2.7 average on coursework completed.

GRADUATES: Students must complete a minimum four year degree from an accredited university to be eligible for possible admission and posses a grade average of 2.5 on overall and last two years of coursework. Individual departments will make the final admission review for their programs.

DOCUMENTS: Transfer students must submit official records of courses completed for each year, directly from the university/college in their sealed envelopes. All documents must bear the registrar’s signature, title and seal. Graduate students must submit official records of all coursework completed for each year attended, plus official verification of degree earned.
