FRESHMAN APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT:
Senior High School Records showing courses and grades/marks earned and graduation date
or
5 year junior college records showing courses and marks earned.
TRANSFER APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT:
Records of courses and marks/grades earned from all post-secondary schools.
If less than two years have been completed, Senior High School records are also required.
GRADUATE APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT:
***Minimum four year degree required***
Records of courses and marks/grades earned from all post-secondary schools.
Verification of degree earned.
DOCUMENTS:
All documents must be official and submitted in sealed envelopes directly from the institutions.
TOEFL and other test scores must be submitted directly from Educational Testing Services.
