How to Apply

International Students are those who currently hold or will require F-1 Visas-applying while in the U.S. or abroad to undergraduate and graduate programs.

1. Apply online at: http://www.csumentor.edu/admissionapp/intl_apply.asp Pay the non-refundable $55.00 application fee by credit card. Failure to pay the application fee will delay processing of application. The application fee is non-refundable and cannot be deferred or waived.
2. Print, Complete and Send the Supplemental Documents (should you have trouble accessing the documents from the application you can print them from here: supplemental documents). Failure to submit supplemental documents will result in the delay of processing your application.  
   
   Graduate Applicants: check the Graduate department website to determine if there are additional department requirements; for example: GRE or GMAT test scores, supplemental documents or applications.
3. International Admissions will notify you by email (address listed on application) approximately 1 week after you submit the application with a complete list of additional documents required to process your application. It is your responsibility to review this email and send all required documents by the deadline.

Important Information

The U.S. government requires that the name on your application and passport to be identical. Be sure all academic records and other documents reflect the name on your passport. If names differ, please provide evidence of name change. Example: marriage certificate.

Undergraduate Majors not accepting F1 Applicants -  Nursing, Interior Design, and Graphic Design

I-20's cannot be issued to non-degree seeking applicants
