Why do I not have $5.00 on my OneCard at the beginning of the semester?

At the beginning of each semester all regularly enrolled students who have paid their fees receive 100 free prints at all University PrintSmart labs. (CCE and ELI Students not applicable). That is equal to $5.00 in your PrintSmart account which is only viewable at a PrintSmart print release station. Once your 100 free prints is used up you will need to deposit money to your Hornet Bucks account to continue to print in the labs.

What happens to my old card after my replacement is issued?

Your old card becomes void automatically so if you find your old card destroy it so that you don't confuse the two cards.

Top

What happens if my OneCard is damaged?

The OneCard should be treated with care. Stickers, holes, creases, worn magnetic stripes etc. will render the card inoperable. The Card should not be left in direct sunlight or on a radiator, and should be kept away from magnetic fields and other bankcards, which contain magnetic stripes. These simple precautions will protect the card and its value.
