Making a Deposit

You may make a deposit to your Hornet Bucks account by:

1. Coming into the OneCard Center with cash or check.

The OneCard Center is located on the south side of Brighton Hall, facing the Library Quad. Please make all checks payable to: Sacramento State OneCard.

2. Sending in the OneCard Mail-In Deposit Form along with a check.

You can mail-in check deposits to the OneCard Center.  Please make all checks payable to: Sacramento State OneCard.  Your deposit will be applied to your account immediately if it is received during normal business hours.

3. Depositing cash at any Value Transfer Station (VTS).

Making cash deposits is as easy as 1...2...3 at our convenient VTS machines.  The LED display on the front of the machine gives you step-by-step instructions.

Your deposit is credited to your account and available for your use right away. You can also check your account balance at any VTS.

  VTS Machines accept $1's, $5's $10's, $20's, $50's and $100's and can be found in the

  following locations:

  * The Student Union next to the SacLink terminals

  * The main floor of the Library, across from the circulation desk (does not accept $1's)

  * The main floor of Lassen Hall, by the Financial Aid window

  * Academic Information Resource Center Lab Room 2004

  * In the OneCard Center

Please Note:

To check your account balances and view a detailed list of recent transactions log onto your My Sac State and select "OneCard Statement". All transactions are posted to the web the following day.

Account statements may also be requested in person at the OneCard Center.

Hornet Bucks accounts are debit accounts only.

A refund check may requested only upon separation from the University.
