*Note: Exhibitors are responsible for their own shipping costs. We will provide you with more information on shipping to Canada in early November.

Tables Staffed by WPSA: If your organization is unable to send a staff member and you wish to have books displayed, we will make it possible for you to present these books to the attendees. We create a table display for this purpose that we staff.

Price Per Title (Books are to be donated for our graduate students)	$50.00**
Tabletop display of four or more titles plus a full page ad	$300.00**
Copies of journals, fliers and order forms are also distributed	$25.00**

Full-page advertisement in convention program (4 ½ ” x 7 ½” format)	$200.00
Combination: One Table and full-page advertisement Additional Tables with this package for $125/each	$450.00
Tabletop display of four or more titles and a full-page advertisement in convention program	$300.00

Ad copy must be received by February 1, 2009. Ad copy must be in PDF format ready for print and be 4½ ” x 7½” format. Payment in full, made payable to “WPSA” must accompany your order. Please send check to:
